Quirino Capitol People’s Mart (QCPM) was created and constructed on August 23, 2005 through the Sangguniang Panlalawigan resolution No. 46 series of 2005, authorizing QCPM as a component unit of the Economic Enterprise Office (EEO) this province.  QCPM is a new Entrepreneurial project of the Provincial Government of Quirino in which said enterprise will be manage and supervised effectively and efficiently by competent and committed personnel to generate additional income for the province.
